Poor paintwork Options

I recieved part 84 last week but the masking has taken off a section of the paint on the roof, I have sent emails and pictures to customer support but 7 days later I have still heard nothing :-(

Have you tried phoning customer services at all? You can contact them on 03301593821 between 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday.

When you say that masking has pulled the paint off what type of masking were you using? I have had to body panels and neither have had any masking on.

I did not paint the model Deagostini did, I was a paint sprayer in the 90's so masking is a trade term !

Apologies, your first message wasn't clear. If there is a fault then customer services will be happy to replace the item. I would recommend giving them a call on the number above. They'll be able to get this rectified for you.

I have spoken to them this morning (Beverley) she said they would send a replacement with in 14 working days, I am buying two of these and just started the Spitfire so if the replacement arrives I will be very happy with the service given.
