but they really change the look of the U-boat by breaking up the surface.

Good evening from 'The Dockyard'.

On this weeks update of my U230 U-boat build log I will be continuing with riveting the bow section and starting the stern section.

The attached photo shows further rivets added to the lower starboard bow section.

This photo shows one of many weld lines in place. I'm happy with the scale of these weld lines compared to the part-works brass etch which looked slightly over size.
