I went through some of my R2D2 paperwork and found the following in with it. As you can see the notebook & pen were part of the free gifts that were offered in the beginning. That is really useful Ritchie69 thanks and it helps answers something Cust Serv said in their last reply... As my original subscription from issue #1 had an error and had to be redone several times before they got it right, I have effectively restarted the subscription from issue #17 and they think I am only on my 5th delivery and not my 8th, so they don't think I am due it yet ! I'm not sure if it is worth the risk of trying to get them to realise I am on my 8th delivery or just wait 3 more deliveries to get it ? Of course this will affect my Premium gifts too ! TBH I'm not that bothered about the free gifts. I got the USB & binder, but wouldnt be devastated if I didnt get the mug & cap.
I'd be surprised if anyone is really that swayed by the standard gifts when choosing to subscribe - I see them as just a nice little extra that's thrown in - the main reason to subscribe is the convenience of getting the issues sent to my door. The premium items are another matter - they're not gifts because you're paying for them.
I would say though that if the gifts have been changed due to supplier issues, it would be good form to post an announcement on the forum just so people know.

Up to press, the cap and mug Gifts have not changed for those orginally signed up to receive these and invoices still being noted to follow.

Has anyone received the Darth Vader Figure? I have received all the other Free Gifts but never got the Darth Vader and the last delivery was a not re the C3PO being delayed.
