Hi guys
have just signed up to the T72 and having watched the build videos thought might be good to have a go at building my first plastic model in over 40 years (yes old aint i Flapper ).

Really fancied a King tiger but at that scale they are very expensive, as in 4 times what i can get the Hobbyboss Tiger 1 for.
So my question is: has anyone had any experience with this kit or manufacturer?
Are they suitable for a novice? I need the bigger scale as i would be useless with smaller scale parts.

Please let me know your thoughts
Regards
Gray

Hobby boss kits are very good in terms of quality of components and their fit. Instructions are good too, you should not have any issues building the kit.

They normally have a very good level of detail too

never done anything of theirs at big scale so will be interested to see the kit when you have it.

Thanks for the head-up, guys. Have ordered one thru Amazon £51 delivered!!!Love Result Love
Not sure about build logs as i get a bit self consious when thing don't go so smooth. As a novice i expect to make mistakes (that is after all how we learn), so will think on that one. Always start with good intentions tho....

Love just seen what upgrades you can buy for this kit on Welsh dragon models website! You could spend an absolute fortune. Metal tracks, gun barrels, muzzle brakes etc, you could easily double the price of the kit!
I can see how this hobby can get addictive.....and expensive Cool

I wonder if you can get anything like this for the T72?
Interesting

I'm sure that it wont be long before people start putting out some upgrade parts for the T-72. The build actually comes with metal tracks already Cool

I'm afraid I don't, as far as I am aware it was a new design rather than based on an existing kit.
