thanks for your positive feedback guys :)

I wanted to ask, where did some of you find the FIA sticker for the turbe regulator on the plenum chamber?

Thanks

Thanks guys.

Work on the engine continues. I did my own rendition of the exhaust to mimik the stainless steel.

That looks excellent Andre, very realistic and some nice heat treatment too, very well done! Drool ThumpUp

I've just done the same to my 1:20 Mp4/4 in my last update and love painting exhausts, it's such great fun getting that look of hot metal isn't it?

starting to look like a racing car.

I am thinking that it would probably best to try and tackle the underbody. The Museum carbon decals come without instructions and this is a bit of a worry looking at the rather large number of them for the undertray and diffusers.

this weekend I was working on the floor of the car. not my most enjoyable thing so far but I am almost done with it. I used carbon decals on the diffuser and the carbon paper for the rest of the underfloor in addition to the supplied heat shield material. I used some smoke effect on the heat shield and I tried to apply some skid marks as well.

I was under the impression the underbody was woven carbon at the back for the diffuser and a more laminated kind of carbon on the actual underbody mid to front. I may be mistaken and used the wrong kind of carbon.
