Issue 6 - Contains a front wheel, pedal unit and flap stay decals; and has instruction for the placement of the flap stay decals.

Attaching the flap stay decals- The decals are waterslide transfers, which will need to have sections cut to make up the missing letter parts of the 'Vodafone' marking on either side of the front wing which run across each flap stay.

Remove the protective paper from the decal - There is no turning back once the paper has been removed, so only do this when you are ready to carry out the decal fixing process.
The decals are printed on top of light blue backing paper; which when immersed in water, will separate from the backing paper so that the decal can be slid into place.

On the left-hand 'Vodafone' wing marking, you will need to infill the letter 'n' and on the right-hand 'Vodafone' wing marking you need to infill the letter 'o'.

Cut around the respective letter's from each decal following the marked line, then put some water into a dish and soak the decal for approx 10 seconds, don't leave it to soak too long as the decal may float from the back paper, making the decal difficult to place.

Using tweezers, nudge/slide the part of the decal you want into place upon each flap stay, then gently press into place with a cotton bud.

That's it for this issue, carefully store the wing and remaining parts.

Issue 7 - Contains front wheel shafts, upright bases, suspension covers & wing stays; and has instruction for attaching of the front suspension covers & front wing stays to the nose, and attaching the nose to the front wing.

Attaching the front suspension covers - Carefully cut the right and left suspension covers off the sprue, and scrape the paint from the inner (flat) surfaces.

Take the nose section and scrape paint in a small area around the suspension cover mount hole on either side of the nose, check that the covers fit well and be mindful not to scrape paint outside of the suspension cover profile; apply glue and add the suspension covers.

Attaching the front wing stays to the nose - Carefully cut the right and left wing stay from the sprue, note that each stay is marked 'R' and 'L' for the right and left side, and upon installation that the letter faces to the inside.
Gently scrape the paint from the indicated areas of each stay and also from the flat surfaces of the nose where the stays fix to, sparingly apply ABS glue and fix together.

Attaching the nose section to the front wing - Take the front wing assembly and match up to the ends of the wing stays of the nose for a dry fit of the fixing process, then disassemble and sparingly apply ABS glue at the fixing points, and hold the assembly together with masking tape, then set aside for the glue to fully dry.

That's it for this issue, carefully store the nose section and remaining parts.

Issue 8 - Contains a right front wheel cover, collar, wheel nut and front brake hub, plus wheel wrench and screwdriver adaptor; and has instructions for the assembly of the right front upright and front brake hub.

Assembling the right front upright and brake hub - Align the hex of the front wheel shaft with the hex of the upright base, and push the shaft all the way into the hex hole until its head is flush, then push the collar into the back of the front brake hub - (does not matter which way round but DO NOT glue the collar).

Push the front brake hub onto the wheel shaft, then add the front hub assembly into the rear of a wheel rim and locate a wheel cover at the front of the rim; the wheel cover is screwed into place using the wrench provided, you will need to hold the hub at the rear and ensure that wheel cover is screwed on squarely, once you start to feel some light resistance in the clockwise direction, loosen the cover by one turn anticlockwise.

If you hold the wheel rim by the pillars at the rear, you should be able to smoothly turn the wheel rim whilst the wheel cover remains stationary.

Disassemble the hub from the wheel for further assembly later on.

That's it for this issue, carefully store the assembled/remaining parts.

Future issues:

Issue 9 - Contains a pitot tube, left front wheel cover, collar, wheel nut and front brake hub; and has instructions for the assembly of the left front upright and brake hub.

Issue 10 - Contains uprights, wheel, brake air guides & caliper, upper fin & spoiler plus screws and has instructions for the assembly of the left upper/lower suspension arms to the left brake unit.

Issue 11 - Contains right upper/lower uprights, plus right brake caliper diffuser, right upper/lower brake air guides, right upright fin, right spoiler and fixing screws, and has instructions for attaching the brake air guide, the upright spoiler, and the assembly of the right upper/suspension arms to the right brake unit.

Issue 12 - Contains four vented metal brake discs, and has instructions for fitting the front brake discs, and adding the brakes & caliper diffusers to the front brake units.

Issue 9 - Contains the left front wheel cover, collar, wheel nut, front brake hub and pitot tube; and has instructions for the assembly of the left front upright and brake hub.

Assembling the left front upright and brake hub - The assembly is identical to the previous front upright and brake hub.
Align the hex of the front wheel shaft with the hex of the upright base, and push the shaft all the way into the hex hole until its head is flush, then push the collar into the back of the front brake hub - (does not matter which way round but DO NOT glue the collar).

Disassemble the hub from the wheel for further assembly later on.

That's it for this issue, carefully store the assembled/remaining parts.

Future issues:

Issue 10 - Contains uprights, wheel, brake air guides & caliper, upper fin & spoiler plus screws and has instructions for the assembly of the left upper/lower suspension arms to the left brake unit.

Issue 11 - Contains right upper/lower uprights, plus right brake caliper diffuser, right upper/lower brake air guides, right upright fin, right spoiler and fixing screws, and has instructions for attaching the brake air guide, the upright spoiler, and the assembly of the right upper/suspension arms to the right brake unit.

Issue 10 - Contains uprights, wheel, brake air guides & caliper, upper fin & spoiler plus screws and has instructions for the assembly of the left upper/lower suspension arms to the left brake unit.

Attaching the lower upright to the suspension arm - Take the left front lower suspension arm you assembled in issue 3 and align it with the left lower upright, note the two holes in the upright, then locate a screw through the hole in the suspension arm and screw into the indicate hole of the upright, (When you come to assemble the right-hand unit from issue 4 at issue 11, use the opposite hole).

Be mindful not to over tighten the screw and that the upright needs to turn in conjunction with steering.

Assembling the front upright - Start by taking the left front upright base that you assembled in issue 9, (the corresponding side was assembled at issue 8). Locate the tab on the upright base and align it with the corresponding notch on the left upper upright, and holding the parts together fix together with two screws through the indicated holes.
You can now add the upper parts of the upright, do a dry run so you are sure as to the positioning & fit of these parts which need to be glued.
Apply ABS adhesive to the contact area, then press the upper and lower upright together and hold until the glue bonds. Then insert a screw through the lower upright and tighten to secure the front upright base in place.

That's it for this issue, carefully store the assembled/remaining parts.

Future issues:

Issue 11 - Contains right upper/lower uprights, plus right brake caliper diffuser, right upper/lower brake air guides, right upright fin, right spoiler and fixing screws; and has instructions for attaching the brake air guide, upright spoiler upright fin and upper suspension arm to the left suspension/brake unit.
When you've completed this, the parts supplied with this issue are used to repeat the assembly for the right-hand side of the car, which is a mirror image of the left.

Issue 12 - Contains four metal brake discs; and has instructions for fitting the front brake discs, and adding the brakes & caliper diffusers to both front brake units.

Issue 13 - Contains front & rear wheel spacers; and has instructions for attaching the front spacers to the front wheel rims.

Issue 14 - Contains the rear wing upper & middle and separator, plus top camera; and has instructions for preparing and the assembly of the rear wing parts.
