planking the stern Options

hi everyone hope all builds are going to plan, ive posted a couple of pics of the stern ive just bent the 1st plank & was wondering have i sanded enough off the back or do i need to sand more

Hi cal,
I think you need to sand the back so it is flush with the false keel from top to bottom.

Sorry cal,you still have a lot of sanding to do,the whole of that area needs to be flush with the false keel.Blink

I concur with CMB, the last frame i.e the area immediately below the transom needs to be sanded level with the back of the false keel cal...

guess im sanding more then cheers guys on with it now :) must say bending the 1st plank was a lot easier then i was expacting
