Awesome job on the riveting, it will be such an achievement when you do the final strip of rivets I can't imagine too many others will go down this route so well done you. Al

Good evening from 'the Dockyard'. A fairly quick update tonight as this week I've been concentrating on finishing off my 1/43 scale MG TD build. This particular post will be updated during the next couple of days. Back to the boat; first off, i realised i had missed some weld lines around the bow area. The attached photo shows the weld lines that run vertically down from the forward tip of the port saddle tank. The boat is upside down. Well, that concludes this weeks update. As i mentioned before, i didn't get that much done this week, but i hope to make up for lost time this weekend. For next week's update, i aim to get all the weld lines applied to the marking out in this post and also apply weld lines to the end of both saddle tanks. By doing it this way i can still handle the boat, as i continually turn it round to work on both sides. This will then leave the mid-ships rivets, the remainder of the saddle tank weld lines and the port, mid-ships draught marks to be completed the week after.
