Hi Glen, got 47-50 at the begining of the month they took payment this weekend!!! which I thought was strange as its usually at the begining of the month (so a quick warning to everyone check your bank balance!!) any way balance is nill now so just waiting for 51-54 to arrive. I would ring them and see where yours are, I think you should have had them by now. I have had the same problem. Ever since taking out the subscription they have taken the money from my account on the 1st of every month but now they have taken it on the 15th of april as well as the 1st of april. I have contacted C/S and, as you can imagine it took ages to get my point across and I'm still non the wiser for my efforts. Although the subscription balance is now showing 0, I dont trust C/S to not take it twice every month because, as the saying goes, they have bats in the belfry and they are all trying to get out at the same time. If Admin are reading this could you please clarify that this is not going to happen and if they are going to change the date they take the money again, could they please give us some kind of notification other than minute print on the base of the invoice as my bank would charge me £30 for a returned direct debit due to lack of funds. If this happened because of Deags failure to notify it's customers of invoiceing date changes I would be extremely hacked off.
Thanks. Shane
