Looks a fantastic place to visit and definitely one to add to the bucket list. I was a private taxi driver in 2003 and was at London Heathrow on the day of that final UK-US flight. Had just dropped people off at Terminal 4 so whipped around the perimeter road and parked up in time to watch her take-off. Don't mind admitting I had a bit of a tear in my eye when she finally went out of sight, but what a beautiful sight (and sound) it was! Love Drool

Quite shocking to read in that article that Concorde lost part of it's rudder on three separate occasions over a thirteen year period? It seems that they never really cured that problem! Blink
