Hello all! Some people tend to use Facebook rather than these forums to ask questions. As I am unsure if any admins are part of the groups, I plan on asking the questions I see on them here to get answers from the top :) First question - when is pack 2 due out? People are a little concerned that they have not yet been charged for the 2nd (and 3rd if 12mth sub) shipment? Second question... has been answered with the sticky forum about the Launch Pad! Been on the phone the model space today with regards a couple of points. I've been told that they currently have no stock for pack 2 at all, and have advised me to ring back in a couple of weeks to check up on my subscription.
They haven't even got the stock to replace a missing part from pack 1
This really doesn't sound good to me.

It is a little worrying hearing this. Is this just teething problems? It would be an idea that the originator of such questions post their questions here rather than ferry info via a third party as it may be that we need to access account info.
In actual fact, Packs 2 and 3 have just arrived into the warehouse and Pack 2 is being prepared for despatch.

If pck 2 has just arrived why were we told it had arrived on the 5th? I use facebook as its easier than the forum as sometimes the forum will not load on my devices! I was just relaying what id been told by your cutsomer support people.

I will post this here first, i recieved this today. I was not expecting it as i'd already been replied too.
Sorry but i find it confusing that on here we are told that the packs are in and will be dispatched ect, but then i get this message which contradicts it?
Surely the forum and customer services of the same company can't have such differing knowledge of the same thing?

I know for fact that Pack 2 & 3 stock has arrived, simple reason being that the official build has been supplied with stock from the delivery.
C/S will only be updated once the stock has been packaged and ready for despatch.

I just want to say for those who aren't completely aware, the C/S guy just told me that the kit is bi-monthly, not monthly, over 24 mths, so for those who have been charged and not yet got parts - you wont until you get charged next month.
