Thanks again for the encouraging comments, guys!

I added the pin rails at the foremast - the problem was that with building the gratings more narrow than in the instructions - the pinrails were shorter and so i had not very much space for the Pins.

I hope this won`t haunt me once the rigging comes up.

Also i attached the two cannons to the deck - didn`t want them just standing there - so i added some securing ropes - don`t know if that`s correct - but it would make sense.

It occurred to me that sometimes some of the pics are shown in a different orientation, also sometimes i have to reload pages several times to be able to see all pics.

Do you have these problems as well?

As always - thanks for your nice comments!

I invested much thought in how to make the binnacle.
I used Mike`s enhancement parts - but wanted to enhance them further.

As you can see i first cut out the middle part so that only the frame remained.

Then i produced the two compasses out of 3x3mm wood. I decreased the picture of a compass-rose in size, printed it and glued in on top.

The lantern i made out of a toothpick.

The three part were glued on a piece of wood and inserted into the frame.
