I have a warped bulkhead at the top, I already have it attached to the false keel with the first gun deck installed, I broke it originally, fixed it then it became warped. What is the best way to get it straight?

Hi Dave, thanks for posting the pic, its a big help. First of all if you resize your pics to 600 x 450 pixels and ensure the file size is no larger than 148kb then your pic will appear on your post. This would ensure members don't have to download the pics in order to view.
Looking at the pic I would say it is seriously warped and would recommend you contact C/S and request a replacement issue the rib is supplied in. You will have to disassemble but this shouldn't be too much of a problem if you have used PVA glue. Using a small brush and hot water simply brush the water over the glued joints and leave for a few minutes. The water will soften the glue allowing you to separate the glued parts. Would also recommend you thoroughly check all parts on receipt for any signs of damage or warping before attaching to your build.. I certainly wouldn't use a rib that is as badly warped as the one you have shown.
