I have followed all of the advice here and I'm still seeing nothing but a white light when I do the test for Luke and Leia. I called customer service and they referred me to the boards. Not sure what to do.

If I remember correctly, if all you get is a white light, try putting in new batteries. If that doesn’t work, you need a new board. So then you need to call and ask for a replacement issue.

If that doesn’t work you need a new board. If that is the case pm me and I will get that straightened out for you.

I, too, am experiencing a bad projector. I only get the white light, and new batteries have not helped. May I PM you as well, Metal Mech?
