I swear deagostini is nuts. I cancelled my subscription last month due to poor customer service and what do they do? Try to charge me again this month. Wth is wrong with y'all ?

No need as I figured y'all would do something like that so I changed my debit card so it would not go through. I just figured I would post here to let others know of the continual issues that go on with y'all.

Has the customer service improved yet with this company. Or are they still running around with such disarray that they can't fulfill orders properly and try to charge people even after canceling subscriptions?

Never had a problem when I cancelled on the E-Type. I just e-mailed, told them that I was dissatisfied with the order in which they were putting the parts out - which had caused damage to one issue even at that point (Last year some time), and that I might pick up again where I left off sometime this year or next.

That was it. No fuss, no drama, no further payments taken. Sorry to hear it's not the same elsewhere.
