Sevastopol was one of 1st Gangut class dreadnoughts, built in 1911 she was a far different ship when first built with 4 turrets carrying three 12 inch guns per turret and two masts.

The refit finished in 1938 is the ship the model is based on. The redesign with two superstructures or control towers that held a 20 ft range finder in each.

She survived the 2nd WW and became a training ship before being broken up in 1956-57.

I would be very interesting in seeing this one become available.

Something a little bit different from the usual well known ships and quite a distinctive design - especially that angled funnel
