For a while now I have been trying to decide on how best to "tidy up" the man cave. I finally took the plunge and thought I would make a start with the Hobbyzone workshop organizer, which would be the centerpiece of my modular system. This could be added to with other Hobbyzone products from the range as required. The organiser comes flatpacked and needs to be assembled. The first couple of pictures show it together with a 4 drawer module which will be built later. The parts are high quality laser cut and are supplied pre cut although in my case one or 2 parts needed to be cleaned up where they had been separated from the fret. The Instructions are basic pictures and the 12 pictures are in order of assembly. I found it easier to sort all the parts into piles for each stage which helped to identify them and also work out which stages made sub assemblies for later stages. The first 3 stages covered the making of the 3 small drawers, 1 larger drawer and a tray. Assembly was straightforward and the parts fitted together well. The main unit was then assembled and went together well with only a few taps of a rubber hammer needed in a few places. I took my time and allowed the glue to set overnight before assembling the sub assemblies together. The finished organiser measures 60cm wide x 22 cm high x 17 cm deep and can accommodate numerous tools, brushes drills etc and was fun to build although I still can't decide whether to stain or paint it or just leave it as is. Thanks for looking Al Spal attached the following image(s):

Have now also built the 4 drawer unit for her indoors. Another straightforward build, but just make sure you have the magnets in the correct orientation/polarity before tapping them in to the wood. If not you may have issues when it comes to stacking these or joining them to other modules in the range. thanks for looking Al Spal attached the following image(s):

That stuff looks awesome. Would love to have my desk full of it all but the size of my kits take up all the desk lol. leaving no room to add them,
Chris On the bench 1/350 Revell Tirpitz Platinum Edition (Pontos PE and Wooden deck) plus extra Eduard PE set and extra MK1 door sets.

That looks like the sort of thing that I need to keep myself tidy. I've got this beast of a tower 'organiser' which is really next to useless for the small tools we use, and it takes ages to find anything I need, and the drawers keep getting stuck as well being made of a cheap plastic. This looks like a good option. Well done for finding it. Happy building David
