After finding the larger version a must have tool for rolling etch parts I have now received the smaller version which is better suited for 1/35 scale etch parts.
Having used it on some etch its another tool that makes things a breeze to do.

I got mine from the Scale model shop which had the lowest price for the tool but there currently out of stock but they are available if you just google it.

Historex Agents are always my first port of call and look elsewhere if they have not got the pricing i want.

I see you had a project possible in line for your lawrence of arabia bust. Check out historex as they have an absolutly beautiful book on lawrence of arabia - and it really is interms of both history and pictures (couple of good close up colour pictures of his Arab dress and that headress cording).

I have had for years their original and possible only ones on the market at that thime punch and die sets (waldron did a nice set but never easy to get in the uk.)

Couple of plastic projects lined up for next year so looking for a new punch and die set i came across the rp toolz range and not disappointed with what i have as christmas presents "i know nothing about".

I see that tool you have Andy is listed as stainless steel - is it please in your opinion?

This old house fills a 3 bedroom dehumifier with a full water tank every day so always concerned about the tools i buy in case they turn a nice shade of bright orange rust.

The rp toolz rolling set is another nice tool for photoetch. They show it in pictures as a nicely finished red anodised finish but the one i have shows they have now gone for a nice violet finish
Happy Modelling

The large rolling tool is made from aluminium whilst the one pictured above is made of stainless steel.

I also have a rolling set but the more expensive one that has the rubber mat on its back to enable tube rolling.

Small shop tools are very nice as well. They have been around for a good few years now and produce some very nice bits of kit.
