Hi All

The kit comes in two versions one has a build it yourself hull and the other with a resin/glass fibre hull pre covered in a wooden veneere all the fittings apart from the above are the same.

The kit comes in a large thick cardboard box that has a glossy printed sleeve with pictures of the finished model that goes around the box. After removing the sleeve and opening the box the first thing you see are the glossy instructions that are nicely presented with colour pictures of the build on each page. Below this in a large plastic bag are two fold out plans one showing side and top views of the model and the other showing the parts provided in the kit. also included in the bag are two frets of etch parts,decals and a clear square of plastic.

Three boxes of parts are provided [more on those later] and below is the hull with the glass fibre moulded body sitting in its mounting place. Below the hull are more wooden parts for the stand and for the hydroplane.

The hull and body are both made from glass fibre and the hull is pre veneered with a contrasting edge strip around the forward edge. the body it quite heavy with a pre formed cockpit that has bolts attached to it to fix it to the hull. stored inside the cockpit is the pre-cut wind shield.

The first long box contains the long chromed parts,exhausts and screw, the next box has a plastic box in it that contains thing like the engine turned dash and various other small items.

The last box contains more chromed fittings like the rudder,steering wheel and strip parts along with the very nice leather armchair,side panels and head rest .

A very well presented kit well packed with some top notch parts that should make a very nice display piece.
