Right.Lost patience
Wire wheel is just a nightmare from issue 39+. Secured it together (after a considerable time too) and then a number spokes popped out.
Will ring tomorrow to cancel. And Ive had a few hours to think about it

Hi garrydb7 I see you had this problem earlier in the year and resolved it. There are many of us here willing to help. Maybe if you post some pictures of what you are having trouble with, or refresh yourself with the tutorial as before. We all have off days sometimes, I know I do, I just stop what I’m doing and go back to it at a later date with a fresh mind.  Especially if you are at issue 39. Regards Mark Regards

I cancelled mine over more issues than a wheel and seeing the wonderful builds i do regret doing so. I know the wheels have had many a mention but ii think most concerns have been solved. There are some fantastic auto builders on here so why not show the issues you are having first and getting their views. If you are at issue 39 it would be a shame to throw all of that away. its a pity that their could not be a second option, wheels assembled, there are a few having trouble with the wheels, i myself have put them to one side, so dont give in, i nearly did, but carried on with the build. take a step back and look what you have built so far, its a stunning model, hope you do the right thing.

Hello Gary.
Try not to give in.
Ask anything, advice, suggestions, whatever.
Also note, there are a few alternative spoke methods that work and look great.
If you REALLY get stuck, PM me.
Send me all of your wheel parts and tyre, and I'll send you a built wheel/tyre by return. No cost.

Gary I seem to remember you had managed to build the spare wheel so don't give in now as you know you can do it. Are you trying to achieve the 3 spoke or 2 spoke crossover pattern?

Thanks to everyone for their support, but i have today cancelled the subscription.
Yes, I did really struggle and partly succeed (in the end) with the first wheel, but this one just seems far worse. As to the reference between 2 and 3 spoke options, I just follow the pictures and narrative and frankly I haven't seen an either/or option anywhere.
The thing is, it is not just this one wheel, there will be three more damn things to come! I am not a professional model maker more a enthusiastic amateur, and look for enjoyment in hobbies, not additional stress, for I have that in my day job as it is.
I have had success with the 007 DB5 Model, and just finished the Mustang, but this model is not for me.

Hello Garrydb7. Respect to you for your decision to cancel. It can't have been an easy one.
As a forum Moderator put it to a good friend of mine 'It's the same with any model project, some people have ability and others not as strong or not at all, which is why some might give up a build yet the majority find all is okay and the same with most things in life, there will always be an element of those that struggle or can't do.'
I wish you more success with your next build and applaud your decision to limit your stress.
