A family friend gave me this at Christmas and after having it sat there for a week I thought I would have a quick look at it and then "slap it together" The kit itself is unbranded and a snap together bike which reminded me of the light cycle from the film Tron. It seems to be aimed more at the younger generation who are interested in modelling and science. It also has a generous amount of playtime as the saltwiter fuel cells can apparently operate for 3 hours continuously with saltwiter top ups around every 20 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box as I expected to see something a little basic, cheap and poorly made. The 3 main sprues were individually wrapped and all the other parts were bagged up. The parts on the sprues were flash free and well moulded and the 25 page instruction book was more than adequate with lots of exploded views and also a section on maintaining the fuel cells and operating the bike. Although I slapped it together in just over an hour, the parts all fitted well but the supplied stickers were a little fiddly to apply but for less than £20 it was an enjoyable build. Having done a little research I have found they also do a few more kits in the range all of which are saltwiter powered. The kit does also come with some spare foam for the wheels and replacement fuel cell parts. Maplins also stock a fuel cell replacement kit for the kits. As yet I have not had time to try it out but will hopefully soon. Al Spal attached the following image(s):

Amazing. Great idea. I see they also do a spider that works on the same power idea. Could have some fun with our two cats, as long as the Missus don`t catch me teasing them. Regards delboy271155 (Derek) COME BACK GUY FAWKES "YOUR COUNTRY NEEDS YOU"
