Well after some major contemplation (trying to get thoughts together with a stinking cold) i have decided, if its ok with everyone, to enter:

Curtiss Tomahawk mk.ii 1:48 scale kit by Airfix.

Picked a new one up on ebay at a very good price along with some other bits and pieces.

I wanted something of a size to have plenty of detail but at the same time not being to big to prevent it being added to a small display base.

Some of the bombers i have would be too large for what i want to do.

I intend adding in a number of upgrade parts that are available for this model so as soon as it all arrive i will post some more details before pressing on with the build.

In the meantime here is a link to the kit on the airfix site

https://www.airfix.com/u...mahawk-mk-iib-1-48.html

Happy Modelling

BUILDING: Hachette Spitfire Mk 1A, Constructo Mayflower

That would be cool! Drool ThumpUp

I did consider doing the Tamiya 1:48 'Dambuster' Lancaster for my entry but went with the standard bomber in the end as a wider tribute to all of the bomber boys.
