Sounds like you have one side of the hull at the poop higher than the other, can you post a photo of both sides?

Looks like the left (starboard) side need another row of planking, then re-take the measurements and the cut line should then be equal.

Hi bountyhunter_04! Sorry Tomick! No Extra Plank Needed, from the pictures it shows that the inside planks are below the outside planking YES?. So you don't need to add more planks as you cut the planks off above the inside planking slopping down to the beam at the front of the poop deck. So don't worry about that as you take the measurements from the 2 planks on the inside of the hull on your starboard side you have 12mm from the deck to the top of the outer hull but that means that it is only 2mm above the top of the inner planks, mark 2mm on the outside hull at the stern. Port side is 17mm from the deck to the top of the outer hull but that means that it is only 7mm above the top of the inner planks, mark 7mm on the outside hull at the stern. As Tomick said "re-take the measurements and the cut the line". The reason for the difference is the way you have shaped the planks lower down then hull sides. follow the instructions in the magazine and you should be OK!

The inside planking on each side does does not appear to be the same height on each side, if you look at the height against the top of the inside planking and top of gallery wall, the right side is higher than the left.
