Having just completed my current model (X Section HMS Victory) it was time to do something that had been on my to do list for a while. Tidy up
Not having a specific area for modeling at present, the word my missus used was clutter, it was time for a sort out. I did think about a purpose built toolbox but came across this on one of my visits to a well know DIY store.
The Box was advertised as a bauble box, for storing all your Xmas decorations but I could see another use. The box contains two trays both of which have 12 compartments, ideal for all those spare bits we all keep "just in case" plus tools glue paint etc.
There was space for a third tray but this was not provided and I have made my own trays to fit. I have made these with fewer but longer compartments for all my tools (Knives, Brushes,Tweezers etc) basically all the items too long for the other trays.
They all fit neatly in the box and can be stored out of the way until needed. Organized or what. Best bit reduced from £15 to £9.
