Hi All More done, the seat has been covered in the faux brown leather included in the kit and then glued in position. The steering wheel was made up and painted and also placed in position. The four wire wheels were next made up from a 3 part aluminium rim that has 6 pieces of etch sandwiched 2 pieces at a time between the rim parts to form the spoke pattern and to my mind it works very well. The tires went on next and then the wheel lock nuts were chromed and then added to the hubs. Painting of the body parts has got to the Rosso Red stage and decals being added, more soon. There being sorted and as soon as I get them the build will resume. Andy Current builds:-C57,Zero, Lamborghini Countach, Caldercraft HMS Agamemnon,Robi,R2-D2, MFH Cobra .

That's a shame., btw those spoked wheels look fantastic and the PE spokes look great

That's looking great. Love those wheels . Pity about the hold up. I had a similar problem with the M19C. The tappet covers were supplied for the "A" version. made the assembly impossible. MFH were quite quick to supply new ones. Malc.

Hi All Thanks for looking in and your comments everyone. Where I had the correct decals these have been added to the bodywork and then the body work parts clear coated. This enabled the floor pan to be fitted to the car. I then spent the best part of the afternoon assembling the 60 etch parts that make up the distinctive front grill on the car. It will need a little tidying before painting but looks the part now I think. Now Im awaiting decals before I can proceed with the build.
