i was looking through my stuff as you do how very sad i noticed the launch is not yet finished anybody know when this is likely to happen or have i missed something maybe ive lost the plot completely

Sounds like you've missed some of its build, the only thing missing to complete the launch is more oars, your launch should be complete bar these.

Likely before the Launch is placed onto the skid beams at whatever point that might be, though there are other ships boats to deal with before that happens.
