the ply is I recon 2nd rate,prone to warps,and very dry,but surprisingly hard,sands easy,I would say the ply is a bit better than it looks.the parts so far a very good fit,and there's me thinking that you were doing the build for eaglemoss,(big tongue in cheek)mr.t.o holy one.

issue 21. side bulwarks to fit,and inner side bulwarks.
the ply sides needed adjustment,glue and pinned them left to set.then fitted 4 x 4mm inner bulwarks then fitted 2x4mm on top of the 4x4mm.and that's it folks for this week.
