What is the dome made from & what can we safely use to clean fingerprints etc of the nice shiny surface without damaging it?Confused

Any non-abrasive mild cleaning fluid such as those used on plastic surfaces should be fine but always do a test before using it.

its stainless steel, so anything safe for that will do the trick. keeping your hands clean before handling will help reduce the fingerprints

Yes its stainless steel but it also has a blue paint stripe that a stainless steel cleaner may take off. It may be a good idea to clean the dome and then give a clear-cote to protect the finish if you want a pristine finish if your weathering then who caresLOL LOL LOL
