Hmmm.

Hoosier racing slicks - not road legal tyres anyway.

They also forgot to mention it was powered by fully charged capacitors, not the cars own batteries giving an instant hike of over 200% in take-off power, or that the tyres were pre-heated to make them extra sticky.

Under it's 'own' power with road tyres, 0-60 would be around 3 secs.
Still amazing but not the World shattering time they claim.

Someone on Drivetribe posted:
