I would argue that it was more important than the Spitfire in winning the battle its ability to be quickly patched up and get guns in the air was a decisive factor. A shame the spit hets all the glory it may be a better plane and significant in the war overall but dosent deserve all the acolade foe the battle “Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.”
