Hi chaps,

This might be a daft thing to say,
and stating the bleeding obvious,
but, if you havent had a look at the
official HMS Victory website, it
is an absolute must!!!!

I am away from my build for a few
weeks, and have far too much time on
my hands, and have been looking at it.

There is so much information on the
site. Loads of pictures, and even
a section for the model maker.

Hats off to The Royal Navy Museum for
all their work. A great source of
reference.

Happy building all.

If yo manage to get to see the victory and tell a guide on the ship you are building a model of Victory they will escort you to areas usually closed to the public like the poop deck! BigGrin

You might have a problem getting them to allow you take take photos though, they seemed pretty Jobsworth when I was there.

They may have relax a bit now but I had to take all mine Surreptitiously.
