I have not received my Mustang subscription since December. I have emailed customer services and no response.
I have tried ringing all of the numbers and get ring tone then it cuts off to number unobtainable. Finally got through to another customer service number who tell me that my account does not exist I have only bought binders!!!!
Told me to ring 0333 300 1516 which rings then cuts off.

Absolutely useless. I have paid £400 for half a Mustang and customer services are ignoring me. I have spent a fortune with Deagostini/Model Space and they treat you like this.

Sorry to hear of this run around. Can you PM your account and address details to me and I’ll get this resolved for you.
Please be mindful that our Forum is used by modellers of all ages and therefore be mindful with use of language and that the use of something to mask out a swear word goes against our rules.

Thanks

Edited! Shouldn't really have to keep getting forum admins to deal with these issues. Customer services are not doing their jobs. PM on the way.

I managed to get hold of them today. Apparently there is no stock from 54 onwards. It's a pity they do not let their customers know not to expect 2 months worth of deliveries due to stock issues. They just leave us not knowing what is going on.
They know how many subscriptions so they should make sure that stock is ordered to fulfil these orders. Their contract is for 4 issues per month!

It seems that DeAgostini were the cause of all my problems. Have been dealing with customer service at Model Space and its like a different world.
Subscription issues all sorted out. Look forward to completing my Mustang. Thanks to Tomick for trying to help but DeAgostini are letting down the side when it comes to customer service. Today I cancelled my subs through DeAg and started again with MS. All subscriptions should be handled by Model Space.
Cancelling with DeAg was even an issue as the line was very bad and was obviously an Indian call centre.

Not wishing to load Mr T with work, and NO disrespect to DeAg themselves as I've not had anything adrift, but any questions - ?

Tom is the man.

I'm glad it not just me. I haven't received anything since early February, I have up to issue 52. I rang today and after 10 minutes was told there was an issue with them and they didn't know when I'd be getting any further issues. I think I'm also dealing with DeAgostini directly. But the number I rang was 0845 1489 250. I have 4 subscriptions and have had to ring a few times in the past. They aren't the most helpful I must admit. Hopefully it will be all sorted soon.
I was drowning my sorrows. But my sorrows they'd learned to swim.

PM details of which title you are having problems with and your account and name/address details to me and I'll get this looked into for you.
