BigGrin Hi All

More done, the three main turrest have been completed by adding the railings and anti aircraft stations. Next came the two secondary gun turrets again with railings and aerials.

I have also made a start on the lower main island by making up and adding the various gun emplacements lots more to add on this.

More soon.

Hi Andy,
I know we call this hobby 'fine' scale modelling, but your taking it to another level. Just loving the detail, and those gun turrets look fab Love, you almost expect them to start tracking BigGrin

Keep it coming Cool

I'm rigging the guns on my 1/100 Victory at the mo and i thought that was fiddly enough, but this is something else, are you using a microscope to apply those etch rails, amazing stuff.

Some excellent detail Andy.

What adhesive are you using for the etch on metal?

BigGrin For all non-porous surfaces I have used for a good while now an industrial grade superglue by Ever Build called Stick2. Its a medium viscosity super glue with a 5-15 sec grab so you have some wiggle time if needed. Bonds PVCu, metal, aluminium and ceramics job done.Cool

I agree with Andy on the superglue. I've used that one for a few years now and its only £3 for a 100gram bottle. I have the high viscosity and medium for various uses.
