Unfortunately there has been a production delay from our supplier of the 'free' C-3PO Figurine, which was planned to go our with your 15th delivery.

We apologise for this delay and would like to reassure you that once received this will be sent to you in a forthcoming dispatch.

I got the letter about C3PO but is there any update on the Darth Vader figure that was supposed to come with the 10th delivery?
