Issue 72 contains – External Vent, Speaker Grill, Speaker, Speaker Rear Cover.

Take the assembly from Issue 70, plus all the parts provided this time and three 2.3x6mm self-tapping screws.

The back of the external vent has an arrow on it. With this arrow at the bottom, fit the vent into the round hole in the rear panel. Press the vent flush with the body panel.

Now take the speaker grill and line it up to the assembly. Join the grill to the back of the external vent, matching the grills’ tab to the notch in the vent. Press the parts together so they are flush. Check the speaker grill is correctly orientated and secure the grill with a 2.3x6mm self-tapping screw.

Take the speaker with the wire running off towards the top. Fit the speaker into the grill so that the wire goes into the rectangular housing at the top right.

Take the rear cover for the speaker, which has a straight section with a notch in the edge. Fit the cover over the speaker and the two mounting posts ensuring that the wire fits into the notch. Secure the cover to the lugs in the rear body with two 2.3x6mm self-tapping screws.

This Issue is now complete.

Issue 73 contains – Internal Supports, Spacer Rods, Fixing screws.

Fitting the spacer rods.

Take the assembly from Issue 71, the four spacer rods and four 2.5x8mm screws. Fit a 2.5x8mm screw into the correct hole in the bottom ring, working from the underside. Turn the assembly over whilst holding the screw in place, then thread a spacer rod onto the screw, doing it up finger tight. Turn the assembly over and tighten the screw fully.

Repeat the procedure with the other three screws and rods, ensuring they are fitted in the correct holes in the bottom ring.

Fitting the internal supports.

Take the two supports and four 2.4x4mm screws. The ends of the supports are slightly different. One end has two threaded holes whilst the other end has two larger clearance holes.

Take a support and fit the end with the clearance holes over the correct two holes in the bottom ring, with the cranked end facing towards the centre of the frame. Fit two screws through the holes and screw them into the bottom ring to secure the support in place.Repeat the procedure to secure the second support in its correct location on the bottom ring.

This Issue is now complete.

Issue 74 contains – Shoulder Seal, Left rear Body Panel, Rear External Grilles, Rear Internal Plates, Panel Connectors.

Fitting the side details.

Take the main side panel and the silver shoulder seal. Fit the two lugs on the back of the seal into the matching holes in the side panel and push it firmly into place.

Take the smaller external grille and internal plate plus two 2x4mm black self-tapping screws. Align the two tabs on the back of the grille with the notches on the side of the plate. Press the parts together so that the lugs on the grille fit through the holes in the plate.

Align the tabs on the grille with the slots in the edge of the recess in the body panel. Press the grille firmly into place, fitting the two lugs into the matching holes in the body panel. Secure the grille from the back using the two 2x4mm black self-tapping screws.

Take the larger external grille and internal plate, plus four 2x6mm black self-tapping screws. Align the four lugs on the back of the grille with the holes in the plate and press the two together. Align the four lugs on the grille with the matching holes in the recess in the body panel. Press the assembly firmly into place and secure using the four 2x6mm black self-tapping screws.
Joining the rear panels.

Take the assembly, three connectors and six 2.3x6mm black self-tapping screws. Align one connector with a post on the body panel, making sure the arrow is on the left. Secure the connector to the post using a 2.3x6mm black self-tapping screw. Repeat the procedure to add two more connectors to the other posts on the body panel.

Fit the body panel to the assembly from Issue 70, aligning the connectors with the posts on the previous assembly. Make sure all three connectors fit onto the posts as you bring the parts together.

Secure the bottom connector to the post using a 2.3x6mm black self-tapping screw and then secure the other two connectors in the same way to complete the assembly.

This Issue is now complete.

Issue 75 contains – Middle Ring Sections, Ring Connectors.

Assembling the middle ring.

Take all the parts provided this time, plus six 2x4mm screws. Slip one of the connectors under the joint on the end of the rounded ring section and fix in place with a screw. Repeat the process to fix a connector to the other end of the rounded ring section.

Fit the left hand angled ring section to the left joint of the assembly and fix in place with another screw. Repeat the process to attach the right hand angled ring section to the right joint of the assembly.Screw the third connector across the joint between the two angled ring sections.

Building up the frames.

Take the middle ring together with the assembly from Issue 73, plus four 2.5x4mm screws and four 2.5x8mm screws.Fit the middle ring on top of the framework, lining up the holes with the supports and posts ready to accept the screws. Drive the 2.5x4mm screws into the holes in the cranked supports and the 2.5x8mm screws into the four support posts.

This Issue is now complete.
