Hi, I just received my monthly package and was able to progress to Issue 65 where I discovered there were no parts in the sealed package with the magazine.  Planning to call C/S on Monday about this. Is this a one off or has this happened to several builders?

i found the white diffuser in my issue 65 was damaged - looks like its somehow melted at some point (badly out of shape and marked, does not fit at all), so i also require a replacement. these things happen, cs will replace. shall call them on monday when lines are open again. semaj attached the following image(s): Building:

Received mine today - all fine
These must be isolated incidents unfortunately.
