Hi all my brother bought me this kit for Christmas. I've decided to build it as some light relief from my other builds (it's actually airfix Montys humber) Those who know me know I very seldom build oob and this will be no different I'm visualising this after the war but still his car I'm assuming he bought it from the MOD and had it painted as his own car. Originally I painted it blue and gold but just didn't like it so I thought I would paint it two shades of blue but as I sprayed it I quite liked the gold shining through the blue so I went for a graduated paint job. I've also not done the bits of the engine you can see the wrong colours or the dif just to add a bit of interest to the chassis. Ken's the name modeling's the game.

Wonder what Monty would have thought of the metallic paint job, certainly a twist on the norm and looking forward to seeing the end result
