Stage 56
Contains: Dashboard bottom panel, Engine sound switch bracket, Engine sound switch button, Tabs x2, Boot lid lever and assorted screws.
Disconnect the engine sound switch (white + white) cable from the main body assembly. Now position the engine sound switch in the centre of the engine sound switch bracket between the two tabs, then bend the two projecting short wires around and underneath the bracket.
Carefully place the engine sound switch button onto the engine sound switch.
Insert the engine sound switch button into the hole in the dashboard while aligning the holes in the engine sound switch bracket with the holes in the posts on the dashboard and secure the parts with two AP screws.
Take the dashboard bottom panel and align the holes in the two centre tabs with those in the dashboard then use two AP screws to secure them together. Now turn the assembly over and tighten two GP screws into the holes on the underside of the dashboard to fix the lower panel in place.
Pass the light switch (green + green) and the horn sound switch (blue + blue) under the steering column and between the two posts on the dashboard panel. Now insert the pin of one of the tabs into the hole in the inner post and secure with an AP screw.
Position the engine sound switch (white + white) and instrument lighting (red + white) cables between the two posts then use the other tab and an AP screw to secure them. Now insert the boot lid lever through the hole in the dashboard tab and into the hole in the bottom panel.

Stage 57
Contains: Body, Left rear window, Right rear window, Double-sided tape strips x8
Place the body upside down on a flat surface, and release the screws holding the front cross member in place. This cross member prevents the chassis from bending during transport.
Turn the body back over and apply three strips of double-sided tape around the inner edge of the left rear triangular window port. Use tweezers to remove the backing paper from one side of the tape to stick it down. Leave the backing paper on the other side for the moment.
Test-fit the left rear window into the triangular window port now remove the backing paper from the double-sided tape strips and press the window into place.
Now place three strips of double-sided tape onto the edges of the right rear triangular window port. Now test-fit the right rear window into the right rear triangular window port then remove the backing paper from the strips and press the window into place.
Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 58
Contains: Left interior light switch bracket. Right interior light switch bracket and assorted screws.
Unplug the interior light switches (red + red and green + blue) from the sockets then put the main assembly to one side. Insert the interior light switch (red + red) into the left interior light switch bracket. Now secure the interior light switch to the bracket with a GP screw.
Insert the free end of the interior light switch wire through the small rectangular opening in the front left of the body and align the holes in the switch bracket with those above and below the opening. Make sure that the interior light switch is facing the rear of the body then secure the bracket with two AM screws.
Insert the other interior light switch into the right interior light switch bracket and secure the switch inside the bracket with a GP screw.
Insert the free end of the interior light switch wire through the small rectangular opening in the front right of the body aligning the holes in the switch bracket with those either side of the opening. Make sure that the interior light switch is facing the rear of the body then secure the bracket with two AM screws.
Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 59
Contains: Bonnet support panel, Bonnet lock and screws.
Insert the bonnet lock into the centre hole of the bonnet support panel.
Insert the posts on the underside of the bonnet support panel into the corresponding holes in the body while holding the lock in place.
Hold the bonnet support panel in place and tighten GP screws into the two holes in the body from below to secure it.
Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 60
Contains: Windshield base panel, Support plate, Air intake mesh and assorted screws.
Disconnect the boot light switch, green + white wires, from its socket.
Align the holes at the ends of the air intake mesh with the holes in the windshield base panel and secure the parts with two BP screws. Now align the holes in the tabs on the support plate with the holes in the underside of the windshield base panel and secure the parts with two AP screws.
Align the hole in the boot light switch with the indicated hole in the windshield base panel then secure it with an AP screw. Now align the holes in the windshield base panel with those at the front of the body, make sure you move all wires out of the way first. Use two CM screws to secure the windshield base panel to the body.

Stage 61
Contains: Front body section
Remove the steering column bracket from the chassis and keep it to one side.
Take the dashboard and place it onto the chassis. Insert the end of the steering column into the recess, positioning it so that the L-shaped extension is at the bottom. Now insert the end of the extension into the hole in the steering rack. At the same time insert the pins on the front bulkhead into the holes in the dashboard bottom panel. Then use the GP screws provided with Stage 56 to secure the dashboard to the bulkhead.
Refit the steering column bracket removed in Step 1, over the end of the steering column.
Connect the engine sound switch (white + white), and the instrument lighting, (red + white), to their corresponding sockets. Now connect the headlight switch, (green + green), and the horn sound switch, (blue + blue), to their corresponding sockets.
Place the engine compartment over the engine and onto the chassis. Making sure to move the oil hose out of the way Then use the four IM screws supplied with Stage 56 to secure it in place. Now place the end of the oil hose onto the protruding part of the oil filter holder.
Fit two batteries into the battery box and turn on the main power switch, test the engine sound switch followed by the horn sound and instrument lighting, by lightly pressing the steering column switches.

Stage 62
Contains: Air blower, Left heating pipe, Right heating pipe, Left heating pipe base, Right heating pipe base, Air vent box and screws.
Insert the pin on the reverse of the air blower into the holes in the air vent box and secure the parts together with an AP screws. Now insert the posts at the bottom of the air vent box into the holes in the front body section then use two AP screws to secure them together.
Place the right heating pipe base into the hole in front of the air blower, engaging the cut-out with the pipe and secure from below with an AP screw. Now place the left heating pipe base into the hole in front of the left side of the air blower, engaging the cut-out with the pipe then use an AP screw to secure the parts.
Insert the post of the right heating pipe into the hole at the side of the air blower, inserting the end of the blower into the cut-out in the pipe.
Engage the left heating pipe with the end of the air blower pipe and the hole in the front body section.
Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 63
Contains: Firewall, Ventilation system cover and assorted screws.
Place the firewall onto the ends of the right and left heating pipes and the pins of the front body section. Making sure that the holes in the tabs on the firewall are aligned with those in the front body section. Then secure the firewall with two LM screws.
Insert the smaller posts of the ventilation system cover into the corresponding holes in the firewall and the larger posts into the holes in the front body section and secure the firewall with two AP screws inserted from below.
Stage complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.

Stage 64
Contains: Access cover, Toolkit holder 1, Toolkit holder 2, Hinges x2 and assorted screws.
Place one of the hinges between one set of ridges of toolkit holder 2, then align the holes of both parts and secure the hinge with an IP screw. Fit the second hinge to toolkit holder 2 in the same way.
Flip toolkit holder 2 over and place the holes at the ends onto the indicated posts then fix in place with two BM screws. Now turn the front body section over and place the access cover onto the hinges. Holding the access cover in position, turn the front body section back over then secure the cover to the hinges with two IP screws.
Place toolkit holder 1 onto the front body section aligning the holes of both parts, then secure it with two BM screws.
Pack 8 is now complete, carefully store any remaining parts in a stage labelled bag.
