This modeller is probably using a CNC machine program and a plasma cutter to produce these parts. It's all in the preparation, if the dimensions are accurate, a CNC can construct components that will fit together like a Swiss watch. Beautiful!

Scratch my last, he had it done at nearby factory with a laser cutter and his program was AutoCad.  That's what you get for not reading the text first Lol.

Yes the laser cutter has done all the hard work, but it's no instruction, it's not like a normal model it must take a lot of skill just to put it together. The guy is talented.

Totally with you on that Austin, the guy is talented no doubt about it. Beautiful model! What I meant in my previous posts was I thought he had cut the parts with a CNC, and then I found out it was a laser because I had not read the thread properly. Total respect to this guy!
