Give CS a call, they'll give you an update as to when out of stock items are likely to be available. It is better to call rather than send an email, you'll get a quicker response that way. As a subscriber, you will receive all of the issues to complete your build.

You'll get them eventually. But asking when probably won't do much good. I spoke to UK support a couple of months ago when I ordered a full kit and it was out of stock. They had no idea on when it'd be back in. Apparently, out of stock stuff has to be shipped to the UK from the main distributor (I think they said Italy), but the UK department is never given an ETA.

But by all means give them a ring (as Gandale said earlier, don't email - it'll take days for them to reply, if at all). At the very least they'll be able to reassure you that you'll get the missing issues and with this being a current build, maybe they'll have an idea of when they'll be back in stock :)
