Just a little fore thought here. Can you tell me if we are going to need to invest in some sort of 'rope-walk' to make the thicker lines, or is DeAg going to show us some alternative method and/or supply the correct thicknesses of line as and when required. Thanks Daffy09

It isn't necessary to twist your own rope as you'll be receiving different thicknesses and colours of twine from which to make the shrouds, ratlines, stays etc etc.

Mr.T...while on the topic of twine..I notice that on the real Victory they have heavy white rope between the anchors and the Hauser holes in the bow...Have you any advice as to where I could obtain similar looking twine that would be in scale with our build?? Current Builds: Deagostini HMS Victory: Deagostini HMS Sovereign of the seas. Completed Builds: Del Prado: HMAS Bounty: Hachette: RMS Titanic: Del Prado: Cutty Sark...

Thanks Tomick, that's what I was hoping would be the case. I didn't think that on a model of this quality we would have to make our own, you've just put my mind to rest on that one . Thanks again
