Good Evening.

I have been looking at the list of paints that Gandale has put up that are used for the Vasa build.

Thank you for doing this. It will be a great help.

One question which Burnishing Fluid do you use. I have looked at a few but not sure if I am looking at the wrong item as they seem to be for Model Railway tracks.

Any help would be appreciated.Confused

Krick blackening fluid is one brand available from CMB and other suppliers..

A “how to” here..

But there are also others for other metal types, scroll down to “Metal Blacks” in this link..

Be mindful that the brass plate on plated brass parts can be dissolved by blackening fluid, to leave the underlying metal type, where you may then need to use a different blackening fluid type.
