Hi shipmates, There is a new series called Submarine School starting on Tuesday on channel 5 at 8pm. Description: This four-part series follows the trials and tribulations of five elite submariners of a £500 million nuclear submarine. The course is gruelling to say the least - and if they fail, their underwater career is over. Will all five students make it to episode two, shown tomorrow? Will any of them? Episode 2/4: Wednesday 8pm channel 5 Description: The students are challenged to take reconnaissance photographs while being pursued by a warship and a Merlin Helicopter. Should be good, I can't wait

 thanks for bringing that series to my attention  will be watching with a touch of nostalgia having served on "bombers" as a back afty
