Its been a few years since I visited the Yorkshire Air Museum at Elvington so I thought I would remedy that and take in the 60th anniversary of the Buccaneers first flight and with it some engine ground runs.Plus it would be a chance to see the Mirage IV that was acquired from France. Unfortunately as you will see the hangar is rather crowded and not the best for photos but the weather held and the sun appeared now and again. If you haven't been to the museum its definitely worth a visit and if they have this type of event on then its worth the extra couple of quid to hear some aircraft running.
