I’ve look at the other posts in you diary before you started to plank, I could be wrong but I think that rib 30 wasn't pushed all the way down into it slot and the rib got pushed over a little as well. If this is the case and the hull has only a slight twist in it, as you have faired the hull to shape it will be the deck beam brackets and ribs 30 that will need to be adjusted. If you can remove the back of the deck, cut away the deck bracket that are to high and then regluing them in the correct place to straighten the deck. Then repeat for rib 30 remove the brackets and mark how much you need to move them down on to the stepped area of the rib 30 redraw the new line for the stepped area across the rib so that the gallery decks will fit and cut down to the new height. Carefully cut across the rib to reform the stepped area. Remove the rib brackets on rib 30 and regluing them in the correct positions so they are in line with the other deck beam brackets. The other ribs aft of rib 30 are Ok! So by correcting rib 30 the gallery should fit.

If Tomick reads this post I would like him to comment before you do anything Mate! so take a break for now. It would be a shame to start all over again! if it can be fixed. It is major work and I would like other to comment first, look at all the options then it will be up to you what you do to correct the problem.

It's certainly looking like being a major chop job, which for a first time builder isn't going to be easy to pull off, but with careful thought and a steady hand I don't think all is lost; but like I said it is something that must be sorted if things are not going to get worse, with such as major gallery panel fit problems lying in wait.

The first hint of the problem seems to be in the photo at post #53, where if you look at the right-hand deck support it appears to be higher than the one at the opposite side, which can only result in frame panel between sloping, which in turn creates a low and high end for the gallery deck to sit on where the rest follow's suit; this is also the reason why the deck rises at the opposite side which show's up on the upper side.
It would also be a good idea to check the frames close by just the be sure these are correctly seated.

Like Darron says, its now a major task which sounds very much on the lines as mentioned, which could go horribly wrong if you don't get it right.
The offer of Lonestar's hull sounds like being an immediate route out of your nightmare, but its likely your going to need additional items to get the hull to the stage you are currently at, but at least you won't have a horrendous chop job to undertake and David's hull will likely have been built to a very high standard.

I have had a good look at the build and do think, like Darren that it is just the last rib that is out so am going to have a look at what Darron sugested and ammening the rib.

If all goes wrong then it does but i am going to have a good go at rectifing a silly mistake.

Ok after looking at the official build at issues 45/46 i see the planking just lies on the top of the fales deck of the gallery.

My rear frame is about 2-3 mm to high for this to happen so im hopeing what i am now doing will sort the problem out.

Fozy, you seem to be on top of things there but I only live up the road from you, and if I can be of any help (some materials etc)you only have to say and I will be there.

I'm afraid the hull is looking twisted, the best you can hope for is to square the gallery as per how you are doing.

Just an update! Seeing as you don't require my hull, I have offered it to another member of this community if that's ok?

Thank you very much for the offer but i am going to do the best with what i have. I am really gretfull for the offer and never expected any response like that at all.

Thanks also to every one else that has offered help and support, its been wuite remarkable to see people i only know by a name on here are willi ng to offer parts when they do not really know you.

Anyway. Was thiking last night about the problem and have decided to finish it the best i can, paint it and have sails on. I would also like to buy another version in the future and leave it as just varnished wood with no sails as i am learning so much from this build and the others i am doing, but most of all learning more from all of your hints, tips and advice.

Looking forward to getting home again to carry on with the build but that could be a couple of weeks away. So happy building lads and ill keep looking in each night after work and THANK YOU ALL AGAIN.
