From your pictures I cant see anything obviously wrong with the build but as you have said you cant get the bed high enough to calibrate it to the nozzle then there is an assembly problem.

On Page 292 of the Pack 11 instruction book in the 'Hint' bubble it says:-

If you cannot get the distance between the table and the nozzle level across the table surface using the adjustment available from operating the knurled nuts, it may be that something went wrong during assembly. The most likely place is when you added the table to the housing in Stage 47. Go back and check that the procedure was undertaken correctly.

Could you recheck this part of the assembly and then recalibrate the table.

That should be fine on the table but I would also add a layer of tape to protect the lower table. You could try lowering the filament temp by 5 degrees to make it flow more slowly.

You can do that but it will be trial and error, when you buy more filament the manufacturer will have recommendations for there brand also.

Firstly keeping the bed clean is most important. Clean it after each print with a degreaser and remove any dust before your next print with another wipe over.

Generally curling of the raft/base is from the part cooling too quickly but you can prevent this by upping the ambient room temperature. You could also try upping the print start temp by 10% then dropping it down again when the raft is finished.

If your using bed tape on the bed it may be too smooth and also still have the release agent on it This needs removing and roughing up a little to aid adhesion.
