Studiying the building instructions I notice that the great knight for the main halyard, which should be positioned on the dummy upper gundeck is missing.
Where will it be positioned in later stages?

Are the build instructions you have been studying written in English and which stage number are you referring to?

Alan

Hi Ulf,

We do not have any further information other than that which is available up to and including Pack 7, where we are still working on the basic hull structure. Further details will be released as they become available.

Can you clarify exactly what you mean by the term 'Great Knight', this is not a term I'm familiar with.

Regards

Alan

Hi Alan,
Please excuse my clumsy English, I don't remember the correct nautical term.
In German it would be "Großknecht" meaning the massive piece of wood that was firmly fastened on the upper gundeck and formed the lower part of the halyard tackle.
The English term is possibly " bitt" ?!

Hi Ulf, now I understand better. It is highly unlikely any of the deck fixtures will be added until at least the basic hull structure is complete. My guess is we are likely to see some of this happening with packs 8 or 9 but as soon as more information is available then it will be made available for customers to view and download....Cool Cool

Regards

Alan
