Help needed to correctly name this Avro Lancaster crew.

Seven from left is (possibly) F/O Douglas McCulloch

I think I'm hoping for one of those amazing moments when someone looks at the picture and shouts hey thats my Grandad... etc.

with there being a bit of a buzz about the Dambusters on the internet at the moment I thought it would be a good time to try again to identify the crew.

I'd researched the image quite a while ago. just shows you never assume that because you've search the internet once there wont be any knew info out there.
