Whats going on with USA shipments for the falcon? I have been waiting for 4 months now for the next shipment (I am delayed 6 months total)
WHY are they selling full kits and screwing us?
This is a BAD company././.
They also will give NO ETA......
VERY unhappy CUSTOMER! :(

I have passed on your comments on to the US office. There has been a stock delay with the manufacturers, however the backlog will be cleared by the first week of June. Please accept our apologies for the delay. Mark

Thanks for the Reply.. A 5 month delay is NOT a backlog// It's a MAJOR production issue..
Coupled with the fact that you guys don't allow skipping to the next issue its flat out VERY BAD business practice/// Why not ship the next issue so we don't get MONTHS behind!
Also Please explain why you are selling full kits and not fulfilling current obligations to EXISTING customers?

Rest assured you will receive all outstanding issues; the place to raise queries with delivery or stock matters is with c/s, who should be able to provide the info you require as the forum does not have access to the availability of stock or delivery matters. Mark
