Many thanks for the interest and encouragement.

Cool Cool Cool Cool

I`ve made a small move forward on this with the side belt for the pilot.

I`ll need new glasses at this rate or one of those white coats that does up at the back.Crying

In this scale you are meant to fold the belt ends and feed them through the buckles (totally beat me), so made the belt up flat and will paint it like the strap goes through. There`s honest me. LOL LOL

Just one pic.

The etched harness looks good Derek, well done. Cool

Do you have an optivisor you could use to help you with these tiny parts to save straining your eyes? ThumpUp

Hi All,

Update time as its been a while. Blink Blink

A little bit of detail added to the cockpit frame sides that were then added to the floor and the upper surface of the cockpit painted and fixed in place.

This was all very easy to fit together as the kit has excellent locating points from one piece to another.

Next the rear gun mount was fixed in place and this does pivot up and down. A little more on that later when the gun is fixed in place.

Last bit for this update is the upper wing section. I`ve made the three sections of the upper wing, but not glued them to each other. I`ve held them together with the inner wing mounts to make sure the paint scheme flows from one section to another. This was primed and I have now painted the first part of the upper wing cammo. RAF dark green will be the next colour added to complete the cammo effect.

More soon.

Regards
